ATP FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
The ATP Center is an athletic performance center that distinguishes itself by its specialization and its cutting-edge application of functional training, a truly innovative concept in Quebec.
This approach reduces the gap between everyday life or sports imposed demands and traditional weight training. In fact, most fitness studios have a variety of weight training machines which target and isolate muscles. Consequently, these movements do not necessarily simulate the physical demands of activities of daily living and / or sport specific movements. By soliciting the body as a whole through specific movements and exercises, ATP functional training ensures that all our clients achieve physical balance.

ATP training challenges the body consistently. By working on different planes of motion within a controlled environment of instability, the athlete maximizes his or her ability to adapt and thus increases his or her performance while reducing the risk of injury.
Through the application of our unique techniques as well as the use of movements derived from weightlifting, martial arts, gymnastics, yoga and even « parkour », our programs are designed to improve the physical abilities necessary for success in any sport or lifestyle.
