Jonathan Patenaude has been working as a Naturopath and personal trainer for the past 10 years. He primarily works out of our clinic located in Ville LaSalle. He
completed several private seminars on personal training, sports nutrition and posture with the best international speakers.
Jonathan began training at the age of 15, winning the Junior Mr. Montreal contest in 1999. More recently, he placed 4th in the 2007 Western New York strongest man competition. He has now developed a passion for water polo, expanding his athletic abilities even further.
He has studied business administration and management, enabling him to acquire many skills relating to personnel management and business. He supervise the development of several top athletes and he has also been a key advisor to LIQUID NUTRITION.

ATP Sports performance Specialist
Marc Carangi is co-owner of the ATP Center and has been working in the field of training for over 15 years. A student of training and conditioning since the age of 18, he has won several national powerlifitng championships, was a powerlifting bronze medalist in the World Police and Fire Games, a silver medalist at the 2007 Western New York's Strongest Man and a bronze medalist in the 2009 New York State stongest man hardcore challenge.
With a passion for sports and the martial arts, his analytical mind and creativity have allowed him to apply his practical and theoretical knowledge to the development of ATP's functional training methods. He is also part of the Montreal Police Department's Intervention Unit, which led him to create FITT (Functional Integrated Tactical Training), specifically designed for people who work in emergency services and military. He has also developed the ATP Functional Training Certification Program in order to educate and share knowledge with trainers from all backgrounds.In addition, he is responsible for the sports performance training of all the teams followed by ATP.
More recently, Marc starred in the Defi Ultime Genacol, an extreme sport based reality show. Not only was he responsible for the selection process of the competitors but also headed all the training sessions for the show. Marc is also now in his 3rd year as a presenter for the Can-Fit Pro conferences.

Marie-Michèle has a Bachelor in management from School of Hautes Etudes Commerciales and a Bachelor in exercises science from Concordia University. Accredited by the CATA (Canadian Athletic Therapists Association) and CTSQ (Corporation des Thérapeutes du Sport du Québec) she is responsible for the therapeutic services offered by the Center ATP.
Marie-Michele practices several sports and she excels at sharing her knowledge with others .She has been a ski, sailing, rock climbing and whitewater kayaking instructor. This experience has allowed her to develop remarkable qualities as a teacher and her studies in sports therapy make her an exceptional trainer.

Mai-Linh Dovan began her studies at the University of Quebec at Trois-Rivières, where she was part of the Track and Field Club and won the title of Student-Athlete of the Year in 1997. She still practices several sports at both recreational and competitive levels, such as basketball, flag football, touch football and beach volleyball.
Mai-Linh pursued her studies in Athletic Therapy at Concordia University where she graduated with honors in 2001, and is currently studying to obtain her Masters Degree in Exercise Science. She has taught in the department of Exercise Science at Concordia, and also posseses valuable experience in physical rehabilitation, physical activity in the workplace and disability management. Working with a diverse clientele, she identifies with their personal goals, and creates programs based as much on their physical abilities as their individual tastes and specific needs.

Alexandre is a trainer and life coach who continuously seeks new challenges. Whether it be lifting weights, tests of agility or expeditions in the wild, he still manages to excel.
Alex holds an ATP certification in biomechanical muscle evaluation and his C.F.T.S. title with ATP. Thanks to his work in diverse fields of the fitness industry, he is constantly learning and increasing his knowledge of functional training and sports psychology. He now combines this knowledge with his dynamic approach to team building and development.
His desire to connect with people makes him a trainer who can truly relate to each of his clients, satisfying their needs and expectations. His leadership along with his dynamic and energetic approach encourages his clients to surpass themselves.

Roxane specializes in Yoga and Pilates on the mat, Reformer and Gravity. She is certified in East to West Yoga and Pilates, Can-Fit Pro, FCPAQ, Gravity and C.F.T.S. ATP, and possesses much experience with Pilates accessories such as the Bender ball, Resis-t-Ball, Glider, etc. She also uses the Biotonix system for postural analysis. Roxane is an athlete herself. She is passionate about martial arts and practices Ninjutsu. She also competes in Olympic Weightlifting at a provincial level, and hopes to participate in international meets in the near future.
Roxane is motivated in educating her clients, and encouraging them to integrate Pilates training principles in their activities of daily living. She is currently studying to become a Naturotherapist at A.Y.P.N., and continues to further her knowledge by attending many health and physical activity conferences and seminars.
